Compulsory Class
The girls will work on all apparatus (bars, beam, vault, floor) and learn the USAG level 4, 5&6 routines. This will be a combined compulsory class including members of Gold Star I, II and III and the Show Team. Beginning in January everyone will have the opportunity to compete in several competitions run by TAAF. Biron's will be sponsoring one of the TAAF meets in February. Competition leotard required.
Gold Stars I
In this level, girls will work on tumbling and trampoline skills as well as USAG level 3&4 routines on all events.
Gold Stars II
This class will begin with basic introduction to jazz and gymnastics dance. The girls will work on tumbling, trampoline (including mini-tramp), stunting and acrobatics skills. During this class we will also begin to choreograph and practice the Group Gymnastics performance routine for the end of the year performance festival.
Gold Stars III
This class will begin with an intermediate jazz, gymnastics dance and hip-hop class. After dance the girls will work on tumbling, trampoline (including mini-tramp), stunting and acrobatics skills. During this class we will also begin to choreograph and practice the Group Gymnastics performance routine for the end of the year performance festival.
TeamGym (Option for all Gold Stars)
In this class the girls will work on a group floor routine and a group jump routine. The Jump routine includes learning tumbling skills, mini-trampoline and vault. The TeamGymn teams will have the opportunity to compete in several local and state-wide competitions. Competition leotard and warm-up required.
- All First Year Gold Star II gymnasts MUST take Tuesday and Thursday.
- All Gold Star III gymnasts must take at least two days per week.
Advance Boys
Advance Boys concentrate on perfecting basic tumbling and trampoline skills. Basic boys event apparatus are taught and used as strength building exercises. This boys class is geared toward development of TeamGymn event skills.
The Biron Gymnastics Show Team
The girls on the Show Team work advanced level tumbling, trampoline, dance and acrobatic skills. This group competes in various TEAMGYMN competitions and Gymnfests both locally and nationally. The team also represents the United States in the World Gymnastrada Games held once every four years held in different countries around the world.

USAF/TAAF Level 5-7 Compulsory Routine Training
Class Description:
Available to those students also enrolled in any Gold Stars class, or the Biron Show Team. These girls learn USAG levels 4-7 and are given opportunties to compete. TAAF competitions are scheduled during the spring semester.

Advanced Boys - Fall / Spring 2011 -2012
Class Description:
An advanced class for boys working Gold Star skills. Advanced boys focus on developing strength through boys events training as well as advanced tumbling and mini-trampoline skills.

MISSED CLASS POLICIES
Biron Gymnastics does not offer make-ups or additional classes for classes missed for any reason. However, students registered for Monday or Thursday classes who will miss a class day due to a legal holiday will be offered a scheduled make-up class.
