Gymnastics

Gymnastics makes such a wonderful foundation motor development activity because it trains the body in a spherical manner. That means that all kinesthetic directions are covered-forward, lateral or sideways, backwards, and inverted. It is the ideal foundation sport to develop coordination, gross, and fine motor skills at a young age. Children have the opportunity to develop physically, mentally, and emotionally as they master first the easier and the more challenging skills or our sport. And, best of all, it's so much fun! 

KINDERSTARS (Kindergarten Ages 5 to 6 yrs.)

STARS (1st-6th grade)

This beginning level class for boys and girls teaches all Olympic events plus trampoline and tumbling. The program focuses on basic gymnastics including: forward, lateral and backwards skills. Each week offers a new and exciting challenge in a fun and organized setting. Every star shoots towards his or her goals while learning to feel great about their accomplishments.

SUPERSTARS (1st-6th grade)

This program is a continuation of basic skills with an introduction to intermediate level skills on all gymnastics equipment with an increased emphasis on more advanced tumbling and trampoline. Superstars also begin to learn routines and work on polishing fundamentals. Using a ribbon award system, our gymnasts constantly work toward their goals, always being rewarded for their hard work.

MISSED CLASS POLICIES
Biron Gymnastics does not offer make-ups or additional classes for classes missed for any reason. However, students registered for Monday or Thursday classes who will miss a class day due to a legal holiday will be offered a scheduled make-up class. Enrollment in these is with a "courtesy class registration form" available at the front desk. A nominal bookkeeping fee of $ 3.00 will be charged per class.
