Tiffani RidenourCoach

Coach Tiffani Ridenour trained as an elite level gymnast for 10 years at Biron's Gymnastics. Tiffani attributes her success to the coaching talents of her Coaches Beau Biron and Ms. Jodie Trncak. After retiring from competitive gymnastics and having been inspired by her coaches, she spent three years coaching tiny tots, mommy and me, and pre-school gymnastics. Tiffani's next step in coaching was compulsory gymnastics. After four very successful seasons, Coach Tiffani took the next step in her coaching career and progressed to the optional gymnastics level. During this time, Coach Tiffani specialized in vault, bars, and tumbling and she coached a Nationally Recognized Optional Team in Pasadena for 10 years. After a chance meeting with Ms. Jodie, Tiffani accepted an invitation to visit Biron's and check out the Show Team. After one practice, Ms. Jodie and Coach Cheryl made Coach Tiffani and offer she couldn't refuse: A once in a lifetime opportunity to join the Show Team coaching staff at Biron's Gymnastics. Coach Tiffani wants to contribute something back to the sport, gym, and coaching staff that gave to her so much over the years. She wants to bring her belief that if you set goals, work hard, support your team, and have a healthy mind and body, there is nothing out of reach! It appears Coach Tiffani's gymnastics career has come full circle. Now she's back home at Biron's Gymnastics. Coach Tiffani currently coaches school age, Trampoline and Tumbling, Show Team, Homeschool Gymnastics, as well as Special Needs. She is safety certified by USAG and has been working at Biron's for almost a year.
